Assistant Administrator of Home Day Training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Position requires a Certified Habilitation Aide
• Good program skills.
• Good resident rapport/interaction/initiative.
• Valid drivers license is required
• Must be QIDP qualified
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Forward thinking with the ability to adjust as necessary
• Creativity and problem solving abilities
• Ability to teach new skills and provide basis for others to assist in teaching new skills
